Return Policy

**REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 15 DAYS‼️ RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED FOR  EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN THE NEXT 45 DAYS. AFTER 45 DAYS NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS!

***ITEMS MARKED NON REFUNDABLE. WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND ARE NOT ELIGLIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT***

WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.


2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

Non-Returnable merchandise include: Sale Products, Formal Dresses, Bodysuits, Bodysuit Sets, Mask, any Sets including a mask or facial wear, and all accessories. 

3.Southern Flair Market, LLC reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. 

4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Southern Flair Market, LLC.

5. Shipping fees are Non Refundable.

6. Southern Flair Market LLC diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

*** Please be sure to include the original packing so; therefore, Southern Flair Market, LLC know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip there are no worries, you may enclose a note with full name and order number.

1. Upon your request for return item for store credit you
 "must" submit an email to southernflairmarket@outlook.com within 3 days of your received item (tracking information will confirm delivery). Store credit will be authorized via email. Customer is responsible for submitting tracking number via email southernflairmarket@outlook.com for return item within 48 hours of Return Shipment.

 Email must include: Order Number

****Southern Flair Market will typically respond back in 24 hours or sooner of Request with authorization to begin return process. Company authorization for return is "Required" before shipping items back for store credit. No Exceptions.****

2. Regular priced items may be eligible for store credit once evaluated per requirements. Discount codes used will "Not" be credited. No Exceptions!!

4. Should you find any damages to any items recieved, please notify Southern Flair Market within 3 days of delivery date for a return authorization. If you fail to provide correspondence regarding damage item with in 3 days following delivery will have "No Resolution" and will "Not be eligible for Store Credit".

PROCESSING TIME : "When will my order ship?"
All orders are processed, verified, and typically shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner. 
Weekends/Holidays are not included. Excluding Pre-Orders
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
 
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
******All orders are processed, verified, and typically shipped within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.
2. Priority 4-5 business days

We currently do not offer express mail at this time. 

 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped or filled for pickup until the payment has cleared.

STORE PICK-UP
Pickup Orders are typically processed with
1-3 days of order submission. Once order is ready you will receive a message via text or email stating your order is ready for pickup. Processed orders will be held in store for a total of 14 days of alert sent to you stating you order is ready. 

For all orders that are not picked up within 14 days will be restocked at a 25% Restocking Fee Rate. Refund will be granted for the remaining 75% in the form of a Store Credit Gift Card (Electronically).

Price Adjustment 
1. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

2. Once order has been submitted there will no change in order submission.
